City Codes and Ordinances

 The City of Delano's City Code is a collection of ordinances that establsh the city laws and regulations. It provide information on the roles of officers, administrative departments, city commissions and committees and describes City Councilm meeting procedures. In addition, the City Code addresses licensing requirements and regulations, public safety, planning and zoning and city financing.

As a convenience to citizens and the business community, the Codes and Ordinances are published on-line. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the material published on-line, the only official copy of the Delano City Codes and Ordinances are printed versions maintained by the City. Please note that the City Council may have made amendments, additions or deletions to the City Code subsequent to the latest on-line version.
