Betsy Moran

Councilmember Betsy Stolfa was elected to the Delano City Council in 2008 and re-elected in the 2012 and 2016 Elections. Her current term will expire on December 31, 2020. Councilmember Stolfa also serves on the School Subcommittee and as a Council Liaison on the Public Safety Commission.
