Council Member Hotchkiss was appointed to the Delano City Council in January 2005 and was re-elected to Council in 2006. His current term will expire in 2010. In addition to his duties as a Council Member, Mr. Hotchkiss also serves on the School Subcommittee and as liaison on the Fire Relief Association.
