Council Member Betsy Stolfa was elected to the Delano City Council in 2008. Her current term will expire on December 31, 2012. Council Member Stolfa also serves on the Highway 12 Aesthetics Subcommittee and as liaison to the Delano Planning Commission and Community Education Advisory Board.
