A.     Approve ORDINACE amending Section 51.01 Subd. B 2 "Definition" by adding definitions for "Dynamic" Signs, Section 51.03 Subd. N by adding and amending the city performance standards, and regulations for installation and operations of "Dynamic" Signs.
