AMENDMENTS:

O-10-06 -- (April 20, 2010) -- Ordinance amending Section 419.01 (Pawnbrokers) of Chapter 4 (Public Protection and General Licensing) of the Delano City Code to formulate additional Ordinance language for regulating Pawn Shops in the City of Delano.

O-10-04 -- (March 2, 2010) -- Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 4 (Public Protection and General Licensing), Section 406.01 (Animal Regulations and Licenses) by repealing Subdivision 15 (Dangerous and Potentially Dangerous Dogs), Subdivision 17 (Restrictions on Dog Ownership) and Subdivision 23 (Dog Enclosures).

O-10-01 -- (January 5, 2010) -- Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 7 (Traffic and Parking) by adding Section 731.01 Ordinance preventing loud and unnecessary noise and prohibiting the practice of Engine/Exhaust Braking ("Jake Braking"), providing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.
