Delano's Clean up day has been scheduled for Saturday, April 17, 2010.  Hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  Residents and business owners from the City of Delano and Franklin Township may bring those hard to get rid of items to Randy's Environmental Services, 4351 Highway 12 SE - Delano.  (Just west of the Delano Theater)

The Epilepsy Foundation will have a truck parked at Randy's on this Saturday.  Items that will be accepted for donation are used clothing, (only clean clothing which does not need repair).  Home textiles such as:  bedding, linens, blankets, towels, curtains, draperies (without rods), and small area rugs (kitchen or bathroom size).  Kitchenware such as pots, pans, utensils, toasters, coffee makers dish ware, glassware.  Sewing items such as fabric, patterns, yarn, arts & crafts.  Misc items such as small framed pictures, paintings, toys and games (must be in very good condition).  Smaller sporting good equipment such as skates, roller blades, skis.  Non-acceptable items are furniture, T.V's, exercise equipment, larger sporting good equipment, baby equipment such as strollers and cribs.

Randy's Document Destruction vehicle will also be on site to offer secure destruction of your personal or business documents.  Shred old checks, credit card statements, bank records and all other confidential documents.  Banker Box $10.00.

All pricing listed below will be discounted by 10% for this Delano Cleanup Day.

Items that are $25.00 -- Air conditioners, dehumidifiers, freezers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves (Gas refrigerators, gas ammonia air conditioners and commercial appliance fees will be set according to size and item)

HOUSEHOLD ELECTRONICS:

Items that are $17.00 -- computers, monitors, printers up to 20" (higher fees for larger printers)

TVs:  start at $20.00 and go up to $65.00 for large screens

TIRES:

Car & pickup -- $5.00
Truck Tires up to 1100/20 -- $11.00
Tractor Tires -- $40.00
Tires on rims are an additional $10.00

FLUORESCENT HID LAMPS:
