C.     Consider a request from the City of Delano to consider two text amendments to Delano's Zoning Code 51.03, Subd C. 3 a General Building and Use Provisions; and 51.03 Subd. C establishing minimum standards for Metal Roofs.

1.     Approve ORDINANCE amending the Delano Zoning Ordinance General Provisions, Section 51.03, Subd. C. 3. a. 4) for single family dwellings.

2.     Approve ORDINANCE amending the Delano Zoning Ordinance addressing Metal Roofs and facade standards in residential, commercial, and industrial districts within the City of Delano.
