Financial Service
The City of Delano’s Finance Department is lead by Brian Bloch and handles all of the financial services of the City. The Department consists of a Finance Director and a Finance Assistant.
The Finance Department is responsible for the accounting of all financial transactions of the City. These include payroll, non-utility billings, payables, receipting, and purchasing. Delano Municipal Utilities completes the utility billing for the City’s Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water functions.
