EDA

A.     Motion to approve the replacement of the carpeting in the Delano EDA/Crow River Villa apartment number 401.

CITY

B.     Motion to approve Public Facilities Lease for the use of the Central Park for the Annual 4th of July Celebration.

ATTACHMENTS:

C.     Motion to approve the hiring of a part-time employee at the Delano Wine and Spirits.

D.     Authorize payment request number 2 for Dan Bauer Building, LLC for the Delano Village Hall Bridge Avenue Facade Rehabilitation Project and authorize the installation of a card reader system for the old Village Hall.

E.     Approve the 2011/2012 Goals and Objectives.

F.     Authorize the rescheduling meeting times for worksessions on a temporary basis.

6.     CITY STRATEGY No. 1:  To provide and proactively facilitate the delivery of quality public and community services In a planned, fiscally responsible manner.

A.     Consider purchase of playground equipment from Landscape Structures Inc. for Clover Springs Park.
