Buildings within Central Park, located at 650 Park Avenue and 700 Third Street North are available for rental for your next event. Fees for rental are listed below. During the week of the July 4 celebration there will be no reservations - no exceptions. To reserve for your next event or for further questions - please contact City Hall at 763 972-0550.

The Community Meeting Room is located in the upper level of the Delano Heritage Center at 140 Bridge Avenue East - also known as the "old library". The Community Meeting Room can be used for a variety of events including meetings, family events and concerts and dances. The room holds 99 people but is not handicapped accessible. Fees for use of the room are below. For more information or to reserve the room for your event contact City Hall at 763 972-0550.

The Council Chambers can be used for events during regular business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Fridays - 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. Food or beverages are not allowed in the Council Chambers - no exceptions. Alcohol is also prohibited. The fees for the room rental are listed below.
